Privacy policy

Last updated 17 September 2026

This policy covers heysavio.com. The site is a waitlist for Hey Savio, a tool that is not built yet. It explains what the site collects, why, where it's kept and how to delete it.

Who runs this site

heysavio.com is run by the team building Hey Savio ("we"). We don't have a monitored email inbox for this project yet. To delete your data, use the removal form below. It works immediately.

A random share codeGenerated by usSo you can share the page. It isn't based on your email.

We don't collect documents, payment details or anything else. Our host processes your IP address briefly to deliver the page and apply rate limits, but we don't store it with your signup.

Legal basis

If you're in the EU or UK: we rely on your consent to email you (you give it by joining) and to use analytics and ad cookies (you give it by clicking Accept). You can withdraw either at any time. Counting signups in aggregate relies on our legitimate interest in deciding whether to build the product.

Cookies, analytics and ad tags

Nothing from Google or Meta loads unless you click Accept on the cookie notice. If you accept, we load:

These providers set cookies and receive technical data such as your IP address, browser and the pages you view, under their own privacy policies. We don't send them your email address. If you decline, we store only your choice, in your browser's local storage. You can change your choice with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page.

Where it's stored and who can see it

Waitlist data is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database (Cloudflare, Inc.), with its primary copy in Europe. Cloudflare also hosts the site and may process request data in other countries under its standard contractual clauses. Only the Hey Savio team can access the list. We don't sell or rent the list, and we don't upload it to advertising platforms.

How long we keep it

Until Hey Savio launches or we decide not to build it, and in any case no longer than 18 months after you sign up. After that we delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or withdraw consent. Every email we send will include a way to unsubscribe. If you're in the EU or UK you can also complain to your data protection authority.

Remove yourself from the waitlist

Enter the email you signed up with. If it's on the list, the record is deleted straight away.

Children

This site is for founders and people who work with them. It isn't meant for anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use your email, we'll tell people on the waitlist first.
